Chamonix town is a prestigious place with the awe inspiring Monte Bianco and tumbling glaciers. Everyone love to go telemarking or sometimes taking the tourist train. I sometimes catch a plane from Gloucester and stay at a Chamonix hotel for the duration of my vacation.
My family and I previously visited Piccadilly Inn University unfortunately it rarely lived up to its description: Piccadilly Inn University is adjacent to California State University in Fresno and approximately five miles from Fresno/Yosemite International Airport. This location is also half a mile from the SaveMart Center, five miles from the Fresno Fairgrounds, and eight miles from downtown and the Fresno Convention Center. Hotel amenities include the swimming pool, whirlpool, complimentary continental breakfast, 24-hour coffee bar, and exercise room. The hotel also offers airport shuttles (from 6am until 11pm), valet laundry service, bell service, and free parking.
In comparison in Chamonix Haute Savoie France the chalet is always good. Moreover dining out in my number one French restaurant, Georgio’s Subs, enjoying baked caramel corn is a real treat. Chamonix is a large enough village to guarantee that there is lots of things for the tourist to do. Amongst other things it includes a casino and a plethora of shops, Chamonix offers a mix of climbing, old town charm and shopping which barely any resorts can match.
